'Exvotos' Workshop

'Exvoto's have always been an important part of popular religious beliefs in Galicia. Offering a wax figure at a shrine to regain one’s health or the use of a hand or leg is a common practice even today. In this workshop, the technique for making these objects will be demonstrated by the artisan Carmen Piñón.
